About Glenmont

Established in 1977, the neighborhood consists of 256 single-family homes. Glenmont is an outparcel community of Columbia, Maryland that is bordered by the Thunder Hill and Phelps Luck neighborhoods in Howard County.

We encourage homeowners and residents to join our group on Groups.io to receive notifications of community events and meetings, share information, and ask questions. Membership is open to Glenmont residents.

Officer positions are appointed annually and serve on one-year terms. Board members are elected to serve in three-year terms. Board terms are shown above next to each board member.

Homeowners Association Documents

Glenmont was developed in four sections, each with its own set of Covenants & Restrictions. Use the map to find the property address in order to determine which set of documents applies.

If you are considering buying or selling property in the Glenmont community, need to provide HOA Documents to a prospective buyer, or otherwise need to rely upon the accuracy of the HOA Documents, contact the Board to request official copies.

Realtors and title companies may also contact the Board with questions about the annual assessment, insurance, maintenance fees, etc.

Architectural Review Committee

If you are planning to make an improvement, addition or replacement on your property, please review the Glenmont Covenants & Restrictions, and be sure to contact the Architectural Review Committee.

To submit your project to the Architectural Review Committee, download the Exterior Modification Request Form and fill it out. You can then email it to the ARC, or drop it off with any of the ARC or Board members. If you have any questions, contact us via email at ARC@GlenmontHOA.com.
